At Nexora Corporation, we deeply respect your privacy and are committed to giving you full control over your personal information. If you no longer wish to use our services, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Request Deletion

We process all account deletion requests manually to ensure security and prevent unauthorized removals. You can request deletion via the following method:

• Via Email: Send an email to nexora@nexoracorp.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your full name and registered phone number in the body of the email.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon verifying your request, we will delete the following information from our primary databases within 30 days:

• Personal identification details (Name, Email, Phone, Address).
• Your saved payment methods (if any) and billing profiles.
• Your freelancer portfolio, task history, and ongoing projects.
• Your merchant store settings and product listings.
• Login credentials, session tokens, and authentication data.

Data Retention Exceptions

While we delete your personal account data, please note that certain records must be retained for legal and compliance reasons. We will retain the following data for up to 7 years in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) laws and local taxation requirements:

• Invoices, payment histories, and institutional transaction records.
• Corporate contracts and licensing agreements.

This retained data is securely archived and is not used for any marketing or operational purposes.
